The deposit** to pay represents 25% of the total price, the other 75% will be paid when taking the keys.
Payments can be made by check or bank transfer.
The cleaning option is 40 €, mandatory if you have an animal.
The bedding option (sheets + towels) is 30 €, beds of 160×200 and 90×200.
The tax of 2.16 € per night and per adult will be added to the rental amount.

The apartment is non-smoking, and the terrace is smoking-friendly.
